4 Montagnards Refugee captured by Hanoi Polices

On 6/3/2008, Communist-Vietnam’s polices corporate with Phnom Penh polices to arrest 4 Montagnards (3 males + 1 females) and one was 10 year old girl arrested at Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Recently, we do not know where these 4 people.
1) Preacher A Đung, was born in 1968, Ethnic Hà Lăng, Christian Mennonite, was resident at Sa Thầy District province of Kontum.
2) Miss Siu H’Yuyen, was born in 1977, Ethnic Jarai, Christian, was resident at Chư A district, Province of Pleiku. Ms. Siu when she left Vietnam take daughter with her named Siu H’sao to Phnom Penh, was born in 1998.
3+4) two other are males; we do not have their name in momentary (we will provide later). I believed UNHCR has denied them plan send back these people to Vietnam.
Certainly, these Montagnards who are lives in Central of Vietnam, they can not continue patient of Hanoi Communist persecuted for Christian beliefs. They has been arrested and beaten in several times. These reasons, they left their homeland flee to Phnom Penh seeking asylum to United States or to third free world country. They were welcome by UNHCR in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and lives in the camp with other Montagnards refugees. And they have been interview with UNHCR and don’t pass.
Many Montagnards Refugees doesn’t pass interview by UNHCR because: First, they do not remember birth of date, nor remember date has arrested, beaten, date in jail, they do know the who police has harms them neither; otherwise, they do not bring their importance document when escape from their homeland with rush and scare. Many Montagnards, Hanoi government denied provide documents.
Second, problem answer; despite, the Montagnards has no experience, also they has none education and has neither understood regarding systematically Question & answer at front of UNHCR about interview regarding the questionnaires as When, where, how, what and whom those have being beaten, harassment and arrests or threatens them by Hanoi police?
Third, they do not know how impress the sentence to answer when interview; because, they are afraid of have no Montagnards at where UNHCR office for they can trust to tell history. They can not speaking the languages they are not familiar with. Also, they do not know how impress a sentences to answer in Vietnamese when they are attending interview with UNHCR.
There were all Montagnards have the same reason left their country, its not; because, economic reason. But, the Montagnards have being genocide from decade and decade till today have never ended. I hope, UNHCR must listen and pay attention to Human Rights Watch Asia reports and other Human rights Organization news report. Still to today, Hanoi has not to improve Religious Freedoms in Vietnam. More than that, Hanoi has not honest to World for over 350 Montagnards Christian in prison included the Catholics Priest (Father) Ly and other religious leaders still in prison. Hanoi excuse this people were not Politics prisoner or Religious freedom prisoner neither. These prisoners were the criminal.
I am a Montagnards Pastor for The United Montagnards Christian Church in America asking UNHCR please reconsider Montagnards cases that are in refugees’ camp in Phnom-Penh. Do not send them to Hanoi regimes, until Hanoi respect human rights and Religious Freedoms in Vietnam. I have known my people very well. They can not give the evident accurately follows exactly guidelines or UNHCR for reasons as above explanation. I hope, UNHCR will not be disappoints when you heard they been missing or in prison or killed by Hanoi after UNHCR return them to Vietnam.
